Once the payments (Section A) setup has been completed. You need to click on Section B, Prices and Fees.

In this section you find:

• General Settings

• Price set up for your categories

• Category - Early Bird Price and Normal Price

General Settings:

 
Judgify collects 3.5% of the total submission fee billed to a particular submission/entry. 

The user must select from either of the below options before they proceed with the rest of the process.

1. Pass fees to the end-user
2. Absorb fees
 

Pass fees to the end-user: It is the fees paid or to be paid by the event organizer for the event.

This means that the final total price for the end-user will be equal to Your (Event Organizer) Price + 3.5% of Your Price.

Absorb Fee: It is the transaction fee, where applicable, charged to the user (Event Organizer) by official payments for an entrant/submitter making payment.

This means that you will pay for the 3.5% fee, which will be calculated on your category price.

Judgify Commission Fees:

• A commission is a fee paid to Judgify  in exchange for services in facilitating or completing a sale transaction

• The commission fee will be a charge of 3.5% per transaction

• This commission fee will only be applied to paid events i.e. where a fee setup is involved.

Price set up for your categories:

Under this segment, the user (Event Organizer) will have an option to set up the Early Bird fee deadline.

The user will see a date option. Upon clicking the same the Early Bird end date can be selected as required for your event. (You can check/uncheck it as per the requirement of your event)

Category - Early Bird Price and Normal Price:

The user (Event Organizer) can provide specific pricing to each category along with the Early Bird price which can be different for each category (this depends on the requirement of your event)

You can click on add fee and then can go ahead and provide the Early Bird Price and Normal Price for the respective categories.
