Once the necessary options are selected an invitation email will be sent out to the judge through the system as seen below:
The “Start Judging” button will lead to the login section before viewing the available entries (by category) for scoring. If you have checked on “Auto Sign In”, Judge will straight away see the page without logging in.
Clicking on “Contact Organizer” will lead to an email pop up screen where the judge can contact the Event Organizer via email.
Please note: This email will be triggered irrespective of the the event status (Active/Inactive). However, the judge can only start scoring once the event is made Active.
